1. Order before 6am
Place your order, via online, sms or email before 6am for same-day eligibility.
2. Spend over $500+GST
Your order must total more than $500 + GST on in-stock eligible products.
3. Be within 20km
Delivery address must be within 20km of your local participating CNW branch.
4. Get it before 12pm
We’ll deliver your order before 12pm the same day, Monday to Friday.
If we miss 12pm, you don’t miss out.
If your eligible order isn’t delivered before 12pm, you’ll receive a $30 Prezzee card as part of our promise.

- Order acceptance subject to an approved trading account with adequate credit availability at the time of order.

Trading account
No freight charges to apply regardless of distance or MOV. If this is to occur the branch has to apply these charges to the invoice.

The CNW Delivery Guarantee applies to in-stock items only on eligible orders of $500 ex GST or more, placed via Email, SMS or Online, Monday to Friday, for delivery within 20km of a participating CNW branch. Orders are subject to an approved trading account with adequate credit available at the time of order. Excludes bulk deliveries over 0.5m3 and Special Order Products. Orders under $500 ex GST delivered within 20km will incur a $20 freight charge. Orders delivered to addresses beyond 20km will incur an outer-zone freight surcharge. Full terms and conditions apply. Order acceptance subject to an approved trading account with adequate credit availability at the time of order.
