This temperature transmitter from RS PRO is an instrument that works with a temperature sensor to regulate and monitor changes in temperature. It's designed to be connected to any standard PT100 resistance sensor and converts linearised temperature to an mA signal. When used with a thermocouple input, it converts the signal and gives an indication of the highest sensed temperature. The transmitter is fully configurable with the aid of a simple push-button and an LED indicator provides visual cues to guide you through the menus during configuration.The transmitter is in-head mounted and uses a standard two-wire design for easy installation. This digital transmitter allows you to trim out sensor errors right on the field. Simply access additional configuration menus and make changes using a push-button at both zero and span outputs. The LED indicator also warns of sensor fault when in normal operation. As part of the RS PRO series, the transmitter is tested for quality and consistency.
