The Macsim Sanitary Prof Sealant in white is a high-performance, single-component neutral silicone sealant designed for a variety of applications. With a volume of 300mL, this thixotropic, non-sag paste offers excellent anti-fungal properties, making it ideal for use in areas exposed to high humidity and temperature fluctuations. It effectively bonds to a wide range of materials including metal, glass, wood, and concrete, ensuring a durable and flexible waterproof seal.This sealant boasts an impressive elongation capability of 850% and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to 90°C. Its mould and mildew resistance make it particularly suitable for wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens. Additionally, the product is UV stable and features excellent primerless adhesion, ensuring long-lasting performance without the risk of corrosion to galvanised or zinc-coated surfaces. The low odour formulation further enhances its usability in various environments.
