The Medilec RCD by Clipsal is designed for medical buildings. The Type I RCD is an electical safety device that trips at a leakage current of 10mA. The user touchpoints are made of antibacterial material. This product comes in Electric White for standard power. It contains a 20A rated Type A residual current device that provides AC and pulsating DC protection. The amber LED indicator is marked POWER AVAILABLE to show the trip status of the RCD, and the white LED indicates, if power is supplied to the RCD. The operating voltage is 230-240V at a frequency of 50Hz. The product is suitable for vertical and horizontal wall-mount installation. The installation must be conducted by an appropriately licenced electrician. At installation the wires can be conveniently secured with screw terminals. The dimensions are (W) 78.2mm x (H) 116mm x (D) 43.6mm, and the embedding depth is 34.6mm. The product weighs 155g.
